The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Sale items, custom-made orders, and personal care products are non-returnable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Return Shipping

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
