Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You must request a return on the same day or within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items, custom-made orders, and personal care products are non-returnable.


2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
